the latest bahrain bodybuilding competition was held last monday.
algosaibi gym instructor mohm'd margani took 1st place in the 90kg class,he was the best man at the show.a lot of ghassan's gym members took 1st and 2nd in the other weight catagories.

new design rope pull machine
the manufacturer's of the rope pull machine that we have,came out with a new seated rope row machine,i have placed an order of two units for ghassans gym,they should arrive in june.can't wait.

we are thinking seriously of opening algosaibi gym24hours per day,if the buisness improves during the next few month,then we will do it.
new trainers
i am in the process of recruiting to new trainers from the philipines,one for each gym,once they arrive we will start diffrent aerobics classes at ghassans gym.we might experiment with outdoor aerobics at algosaibi gym.
egyption and iranian national teams
it is a puzzle to me why the federation decided not to send us any of the competing teams to have a few workouts before the show,they sent them all to our competition,becouse of speachil relationchips the only people who came were the egyptians and the iranians,we enjoyed having them and they had great workouts and loved the gym,guess what the egyptians took 1st place as a team and ali tabrizi from iran got the overall trophy,so you see after all, we got the best of the best.

what can i say about hussain jassim,the 75klg champ at the worlds,he is a member of the bahraini team,he came in in the best shape of his life,i think he was the most ripped at the show,he deserved his 1st place trophy,congrats to him.
