Ghassan Adil Algosaibi

The owner Ghassan Adil Algosaibi is a 48 year old Saudi born in Bahrain. He has been in the Gym business for the last 24 years. He practiced Karate, Kung-Fu and Kick boxing for 12 years before switching to bodybuilding. He competed 3 times in Saudi Arabia's Bodybuilding Championships and placed 3rd each time. He also have experience in sports nutrition.

Al Gosaibi Gym on Exhibition Avenue have been open since 1998. It is the third largest and second best equipped Gym in Bahrain. It has the full range of free weight, selectorized machines and all necessary cardio equipment.

Ghassan's Gym is by far the largest (1200 square meters) and best equipped gym in Bahrain. It is a must to see place with about 130 pieces of equipment aside from the normal free weights, selectorized machines and cardio equipment. We are the only people who introduced a full line of Hammer Strength equipment. They are known to be the best in the world by producing a smooth unilateral movements that distributes the weight on the muscles.
