انا مشترك معكم في غسان جم في الدراز وأرى فيه انه من أرقى النوادي من حيث النظام والهدوء الإهتمام من قبل الإخوة المدربين حيث أني يوميا أتلقى برنامج ومتابعة من قبل أحمد وهو لي عون في تخسييس جسمي حيث أني إشتركت وكان وزني 130.5 وبعد شهرين أصبح 114 وهذا بفل الإخوة عندكم وأتمنى لكم الموفقية .. أنا من محبي النظام في الصالة حيث الهدوء والنظافة وأشكركم عليها .. أخوكم النمر الأسود

I PERSONALLY THINK THAT ALL THE TRAINERS AT ALGOSAIBI GYM ARE THE BEST,THEY KNOW THEIR WORK VERY WELL AND THEY ARE BEST AT IT.ALL THE TRAINERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.SPECIALLY Mr.ASHRAF IS THE BEST TRAINER AT THE GYM,OTHER TRAINERS ARE GOOD TOO BUT I PERSONALLY FEEL ASHRAF IS THE BEST.ALL THE TRAINERS COME TO ME WHENEVER I ASK THEM FOR ANY HELP.Mr.GHASSAN,I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT THE ATMOSPHERE AT YOUR GYM IS SO GOOD THAT I DON'T FEEL LIKE GETTING OUT OF THE GYM.(MEMBER FOR PAST 1 YEAR)

Kindly, I need your advice
I have some excess fat around my belly, I doing a lot of stomach exercise but fat is not burning, I came to know that there is a machine called (G, melogy) which is they wrapped it through the belly in order to burn the excess fat and tight up the muscles,

thanks for your question,forget about the g,melogy.
if you are doing stomach exercises and not doing cardio work and not following a low fat diet,you will not burn the fat around your waist.
i recommend:
1-30 minutes of cardio 4to5times per week
2-full body weight training program3times per week one day on and one day off.
3-you have to eat below your daily metabolic rate,follow a low fat diet with moderate caloric intake,i would guess you should take no more than1500 calorie divided into 4to5meals.
4-be patient and stick the course.

Sir, I am member of your

Sir,
I am member of your algosabi gym, unfortunately I discontinue for 6 month but restart two weeks before. My problem area is my waistline now it is 37”,my height is 169 cm and weight is 82 Kg, I know that am little over weighted. my current program is like this 30-40 minute cardio(treadmill +elliptical machine) the n chest ,triceps+ legs and next day back+bieceps+calves .hope it will work? What you say?

you should do your cardio workout after your weight training,30min is enough.

Your gym is simply fantastic.I was here on a vacation and I am leaving today.Luckily this was the second consecutive year that I have been able to join your gym but sadly on both occasions I was just a 1-month member of your wonderful gym.Captain Mr Anwar and Mr Sanal are simply fantastic and they along with the others are doing a wonderful job.Hoping to be a part of your gym next time as well and of course for a longer period of time.
