at the 2009 bahrain bodybuilding show which was on dec11th,i was awarded a diplomafrom the ifbb,sighned by ben weider,the award was in recognition of my contribution to the sport of bodybuilding in bahrain,the award was handed to me by dr adil fahim president of the ifbb for the middle east and asia and my friend shaikh abdulla ben rashed president of the bahraini body building federation and vice president of the ifbb for asia,it was a great momen t for me that made my whole journy in bodybuilding worth while.

the munisipality gave us their final decision and reason,they said no becouse in their opinion there is no reason for a gym to open24h,i have no problem for their rejection if they had a valid reason but who are they to decide when a person needs to exercise,this is a freedom of choice and not a dectatorship,eventualy in the future there will be people with visions working at the municipality and most gyms and sport centers will open24h.

today i had a bad workout and this is why,almost always i listen to the masseges my muscles send me,and if i listen well i always end up having fantastic workouts,today they were telling me stay away from the gym,it's eid we want a day off,i was stuburn,i workedout there was no energy no power,it was a waste of time,no more no more no more.

the manufacturer's of the rope pull machine that we have,came out with a new seated rope row machine,i have placed an order of two units for ghassans gym,they should arrive in june.can't wait.

techno gym makes great catrdio equipment.
i am not so crazy about their selectorized weight training equipment becouse for every good unit they make their is a bad one and not enough weights on the stack.
they just came out with a new line of plate loaded unilateral movement weight training equipment,i tried a few and i liked them,the equipment are heavy duty,smooth and have the correct angles.
for algosaibi gym,i purchased the row machine and the pull down.for ghassans gym,i purchased the wide chest press,the incline press the shoulder press and the low back row.
