from sep1st2011,i started to diet and train hard,hope to get in very good shape either in nov or dec but most likely in dec,if i was ready in nov then i might consider entering the2011over50men world bodybuilding competition,if not then inshalla i might guest pose at the bahrain bodybuilding competition in dec
