rope climbing machines

the rope climbing machines are in,they are fantastic units,but not easy to use,most members averege less than5minutes on them,they are the machines that members have to set targets for themselves and try to improve on their time,imagine how fit a person would be if he or she started with 5minutes and few weeks later was doing 15 minutes or more,this is the best and hardest upper body cardio workout that you can do,come on don't be lazy and get in shape.

eating in ramadan

i recomend to all,to eat four meals in ramadan,for those who want to gain weight,they should have 4 medium portioned meals,for those who want to drop their weight,they should have one medium portioned meal and three light meals.the 1st meal at eftar around 6 pm,the second meal right after the workout around 10 pm,the third meal at 1 am and the last meal just before fajr at 3.30 am.

i am lucky to be in this buisness

i thank god for letting me live the life that i have and yes i am lucky to be in this buisness,i feel lucky becouse today i was able to help someone,a handicapped person was turned away by every gym that he tried to join,he finaly came to us,i accepted his membership and today was his first workout,he did great and i feel good becouse this is one more individual that i will be able to help.

5star certificate

for the first time in the gulf,the asian body building federation,who represent the international body building federation,will present ghassans gym with a 5 star certificate,they will also present me with an international trainer's certificate.mr mohm'd abdul raheem,the head of the bahrain bodybuilding federation will present the2 certificate,tuesday at 4pm.

what a workout,what a pump

my2trainers at ghassansgym told me that they want me to take them through one of my heavy duty breif workouts,i agreed,i started with ahmed jabber,i took him through 12sets to failure of back exercises,then we moved to triceps,by the end of the 5th set of his tri workout he gave up he was so fatigued and he had such a pump that he could'nt continue,he was impressed and will adopt this kind of training.
now it was ahmed mubarak turn,he wanted to train chest and biceps,we did only 10hard gruling sets for chest,we went to biceps,after only 4sets of biceps work he wanted to give up,he was so fatigued and experienced an incredible pump,he became a beleiver also in this kind of aprosche.
i was planning to give ahmed jabber only9sets for tri.
i was planning to give ahmed mubarak only9sets for biceps.

today was a good day

today was a good day becouse i maneged to help two members who workout on their own,they were kind to listen and when they upllied what i said they believed,with a slight change of the way they trained they maneged to have a better workout and they were stronger,to them i say thanks,i hope more members will follow and try to benifit from my experience,i am there for them.

use the right weight and perform the exercise correctly ,for best results.

dear freinds,believe me when i say that i am so keen that all my members make good progress and get the best results from their workouts,so please take this advice seriously,yes use heavy weights,but only use it if you can do the exercise correctly through the full range of motion,if you can't then the weight is to heavy and you have to drop it.unfortunetly so many train wrong and don't know and understand how to train heavy,to them it's just pilling on the plates and do partiall movements or have a freind assist them with the lift.

towels,towels,please

we have a regulation in both gyms that members should bring their own towels,if they shower they need onr for that,but also a small handy one to use while exercising to wipe their sweat of their faces or machines and benches.unfortunetly most members don't do that,we tried to inforce that rule but we ended up being the bad people becouse they said we don't know how to treat the customers and what is the big deal for not bringing a towel,well this is the big deal,most clean members that have common sense don't want to use a bench or machine full of someone else sweat,i fully understand and agree with them,they complain to us and they expect an end to it.some members sweat more than others they know who they are,to those members,i ask please don't come in without a towel becouse if you do,we will not let you in,if that doesn't work,then we will impose the rule to all,and if you hate us,so be it.

if you are sick,then don't workout

some members don't like to miss a workout even when they are sick but this is bad for them becouse when they are sick their imune system is down,training will drop the imune system furthur,they need to rest and give their imune system a chance to fight back,also they should'nt be spreading their germs around so other members would catch them.

a massege

i have a massege to a few out there and once they read it,they wil know who they are.
you are stronger than you believe, when you despair,you must feel hope,when you fall down you must stand up again.
when people tell you that you can't do something,don't listen to them-believe in yourself.
if you have lost a loved one,be sad and mourn,but only for a while.
try to live the best life becouse your departed one would want you to live that way.
if you had an accident and you have a long way to recovery,don't focuss on the pain,but instead think of how lucky you are that you are alive and remind yourself that time does indeed fly by.
if you need help don't be afraid to seek it.
don't ever delay a good deed.if you need to change something about your life,go for it.
