Weight Training

Our staff are all profssionals They are the most qualified in Bahrain and will help with each individual goal to gain muscles and strength. We can give bodybuilding and weight reduction programs and help with nutritional needs.

our weight training systems
bigginer one:
a whole body weight training program,one warm up set for each muscle and one training set for each muscle,training time around 30 min.this is done for2weeks.
bigginer two:
we add one more training set to each muscle,training time around 40 min.this is done for another2weeks.
intermediate one:
we put ou members on a two way split routine we divide the body into two halves each half is trained twice per week,2days on,one day off,two days on,two days off.two warm up sets are done for each muscle,the1st with 30 percent of the weight,the 2nd with 50 percent of the weight.2 exercises are given for each musle group,two training sets each.training time45 min to an hour,this is done for a month.
intermediate two:
we add one more exercise to each muscle group,2to3 sets to each new exercise.training time 1hour,to 75min.this is done for another month or two.
advanced one:
we split the body into 3parts,min of3 to max of4 exercises per muscle,training time no more than an hour.this program is maintained from a month to six month.training is either one day on and one day off,or two days on and one day off.
advanced two:
we split the body into 4 parts,training time around an hour,exercises from 3 to5 per muscle.training one day on and one day off,or two days on and one day off.
